Heartburn Relief For The Overweight

It has been said that obesity often causes or aggravates heartburn, but sometimes eating is just so addicting that people cannot help themselves. Here are some heartburn relief tips for the overweight.

1. If you cannot diet, then just eat lean meat: One of the easy ways to gain weight and fast is to eat greasy and fatty foods. Well, if you already have the extra pounds and just cannot help yourself to an extra serving, then opt for lean meat instead.

2. Stay away from the soda: Burgers and sodas are a fun combination but not for those with heartburn. Avoid or help prevent acid reflux and do this by drinking water instead or teas for that matter.?
